How can I pay for my order?
All Weather Rugs accepts all major credit cards, personal checks (product does not ship until check clears) and company checks (based on approved credit line).
Is it safe to use my credit card for online purchases?
Yes, it's extremely safe. At All Weather Rugs, we provide a secured checkout with Secure Socket Layering (SSL up to 256 bits) for processing your payments online. Add items to your cart and click Secure Checkout to make your payment using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Due to popular demand, you can also use this method to pay using your PayPal account or your Google Checkout account. You can also use your regular checking account through MyeCheck or layaway your order using eLayaway. Payments will be billed as "OCG LLC" - our parent company name.
How will my throw rug be shipped?
Our throw rugs ship rolled via FedEx or UPS. Some larger, heavier rugs may have to ship by truck (LTL). When first taken out of the packing and unrolled, the rug may have bulges that will prevent it from laying flat on the floor. This occurs due to tight rolling during shipment. It will disappear in a day or two. If the problem persists please put a heavy flat object on top of it for sometime and it will help in solving the problem.
My wool throw rug is shedding. Does that mean it was not made well?
During initial use, you will notice some shedding of the wool pile. This is a common occurrence with any wool product and does not reflect on the actual wear ability of the rug.

Should I have my throw rug professionally cleaned?
You may have the cleaning done professionally, depending on your personal requirement and the state of the rug. Before getting professional help, make sure of certain things:
- Be sure that the cleaner knows how to clean your particular type of rug. Cleaning a hand knotted or a hand-tufted rug is a lot different from cleaning wall-to-wall carpet!
- Inspect the rug with the cleaner. Note existing stains and damage before it is cleaned. Get a signed receipt and guarantee for the work to be done.
